Policy Update Effective June 23, 2026
We have updated our return window and restocking fees. The updated policy applies to all orders placed on or after June 24, 2026.
At RAIN, we want you to love your purchase. We use standard sizing to help you choose the right fit. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions.
Return Window
You may return eligible items within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Eligibility & Conditions

Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of makeup stains, deodorant marks, or damage, with all original tags attached and in original packaging.

Monogrammed, personalized, final sale, and clearance items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Restocking Fee
Please note that a 5% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns.

If you have any sizing queries before placing your order, please write to us at info@rainbytintuthomas.com. We will get back to you within 24 hours.
How to Return

Please contact us at info@rainbytintuthomas.com to request a return authorization, or submit a return request directly through our website.

Once approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label (free returns within the continental US).

Ship the item back within 5 days of receiving the return label.
Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 10–20 business days after we receive your return. You will receive a confirmation email once processed.
Exchanges
We happily offer exchanges for a different size or color (subject to availability). Please contact us before sending the item back.
Sale & Final Sale Items
Note that final sale and custom items are final sale.
Sale items are eligible for size exchange only (subject to availability) and are not eligible for refund. A $5 restocking fee plus any additional shipping charges may apply for exchanges.
Important Notes

Return restrictions may be placed on customer accounts that have exceeded our returns threshold. If you have returned at least 5 units in the last 12 months, the customer may be subject to a modified returns policy or no longer considered eligible for returns.

Unfortunately, we cannot be liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items once the package has left our facility.

For multiple orders, each order requires a separate return label. Please contact us if you need approval to combine returns.

Please package items securely for return shipping. We cannot accept responsibility for items that are lost or arrive damaged in transit, and returns in such condition will not be processed.
RAIN by Tintu Thomas reserves the right to modify this Returns Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
