At RAIN, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We use standard sizes to help you pick the perfect size. However, if you are unhappy with the fit we offer exchanges for different sizes or another product. Please review the following guidelines for returns and exchanges:
Eligibility for Exchanges:
- Products are eligible for exchange within *30 days from the date of purchase.
- The item must be in its original packaging, with all tags attached, and accompanied by the invoice.
- Please indicate the desired exchange piece and size on the invoice.
- The exchange piece must be of similar or higher value.
Important Guidelines for Product Returns:
- All items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with no smell of perfume, deodorant, or detergent.
- All items should be free of makeup or tan marks.
- Altered outfits will not be eligible for exchange.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders.
Refunds and Cancellations:
We do not provide refunds or accept cancellation requests. However, we offer exchanges or store credit.
Sale Items:
Sale items that are marked as final sale are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
How to Initiate an Exchange:
To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team at info@rainbytintuthomas.com. Provide your order details, including the product you wish to exchange and the desired size or style.

SHIPPING POLICY
We mention the estimated delivery time for each piece in the product details page.
RAIN by Tintu Thomas is not responsible for lost packages, we always track your package for you and send you your tracking # if you have lost it, but once it leaves our warehouse we are not responsible for the package in transit.
Please Note- During holidays, pandemics or adverse weather conditions your shipment could get delayed. We ensure you that we will try our best to have your parcel delivered to you in good time.
